Our latest project, just completed, is a new waiting room prototype for the Department of Probation in Manhattan. Though it may be a lot to ask of a mere design, we hope it fosters better relations between clients and staff, and turns what was a drab, depressing place into a place that can inspire probationers to improve their lives, and in the process make everyone a bit happier as well.
